Runway, Beauty & Backstage
Designer duo, Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli have presented Valentino Fall 2014 Haute Couture show, last night in Paris. The mood of the overall collection could be described as quite regal, but than again there was quite an overwhelming dark and mysterious feel to it as well. The show was held at Hotel Salomon de Rothschild in Paris, while the room chosen for the collection presentation was decorated in pretty flamboyant setting. Valentino designers still remain true to their aesthetic, since they took over the reign of the Valentino fashion house, but with respecting everything that Valentino always represented in the fashion world. We have selected our favorite looks with some amazing beauty and backstage close up images.

Valentino Haute Couture Fall 2014 – Exclusive Beauty Close Up
We came to an end of the Fashion Weeks season, at least for the time being, but of course everything begins once again in the Fall. Valentino is our last exclusive beauty report, live from Paris and we of course have our dear friend Katerina Brans on board , who was a part of the Valentino Make up team. And we have some insider beauty tips on Valentino Haute Couture inspiration and what you need do (and use) in order to become a true Valentino Couture girl. Katerina explained, “Valentino Make up was very sublime with always beautiful eyebrows. The skin was ever so perfect, but natural with soft smoky eye effect, highlighted center of the eyelid and brow bone accentuated with dark brown mascara, afterwards applied onto the curled lashes. For the final touches of Valentino beauty look, she added, how it was finalized with soft warm blush and equally soft lip color.
